Welcome to Hydrove! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hydrove mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using Hydrove, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Hydrove provides tools for water sports enthusiasts to discover, plan, track, and share activities such as paddleboarding, kayaking, surfing, and other aquatic adventures. We aim to connect people safely and responsibly through shared experiences on the water.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Hydrove. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You agree to use Hydrove responsibly and in accordance with all local laws and regulations. You must not:
Hydrove uses GPS and location data to provide route tracking, weather conditions, and activity logging. You can disable location access in your device settings, but some features may become unavailable.
Hydrove allows you to share routes, photos, and activity summaries with the community. By uploading or sharing content, you grant Hydrove a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content within the app and related promotional materials.
You remain the owner of your content. We simply require the right to show it within the Service as intended.
Hydrove is designed to assist with navigation and tracking but is not a replacement for proper safety practices or local guidance. Always exercise caution, wear safety gear, and check weather and tide conditions before heading out on the water. Hydrove is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of the app.
All content, trademarks, and design elements within Hydrove are owned by Hydrove Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
Some Hydrove features may require a paid subscription. When you subscribe, you authorize Hydrove (and its payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method. Prices and terms will always be clearly displayed before any purchase.
You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support. Hydrove reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Hydrove is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydrove and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
